got it. picked it up today no rust at all it is a 24 inch ported barrel, and a set of fiber optic turket sights. and a undertaker turkey choke. seems like a nice gun, i hope it preforms as good as it looks.

i have a chance to buy a mossy 835 for 125.00 are these good guns for this money?

yes mine has a flat milled on top gives a great sight plain. i have had alot of 870's over the years but i really like this one alot. this is my first in 20 ga.

is it possible to load 250 gr .452 hard cast lead for 45 lc in a 45-70 brass? if so how much powder should i use? i have loads for 300 grain jacketed can i use it for the 250?

re i just got a lee turett press for christmas. and did the same thing on a 45-70 round. you must loosen the bullet seater, the nut on top, loosen it all the way and start turning it down until you get desired depth. its really easy once you get the hang of it. got to lee web sight and watch...
