fingerprints

Good afternoon, I have a question regarding what happens to fingerprints once they come back as clean for an AZ CCW as well as a CA COE. Neither requires fingerprints again for renewal, and the FBI says if the requesting agency stipulates that the fingerprints should be deleted it deletes them...

I have some form ones all ready to snail mail off but the local sheriff's office isn't doing additional services like finger print cards because of the virus scare. Should I just buy an ink pad and do them my self? But then what to do about the portion of the form that the law enforcement agency...
