Hey everybody I’m hoping somebody here could give me some guidance. I recently got the tools to convert .223/556 brass into 300aac. I’m using the RCBS short base dye for sizing. Trimming the case to 1.360. I’m loading Hornady 150gr HPBT. I measured the neck thickness (only using brass with .013...
Hello all,
Looking for advice regarding loading 9mm ammo for self defense. So far my planned setup is as follows:
Hand-sorted matching head stamp SIG once fired nickel 9mm brass, FL sized with a Mighty Armory TNT MATCH die, wet tumbled and inspected again
CCI SPP
Accurate #7 Powder (which I’ve...
Hello guys & gals,
So I bought these 62grs here: https://www.midsouthshooterssupply.com/item/001532276c250/22-caliber-point224-diameter-62-grain-bthp-with-cannelure-250-count

So, what other case combos have you found that work well...
So we all know that the #34 & 41 primers from CCI are supposedly less sensitive and ideal for service rifles and weapons with floating firing pins to prevent slam fires. I'm having a tough time sorting through all of the opinions on if this is just marketing hype from CCI or if it really is...
I know I'll catch hell for not checking from the get go and loading 100 rounds and then realizing my mistake, but admittedly I made an error when full length resizing my brass and set the shoulder back too far and now there is between 0.009 and 0.010" of difference in the shoulder of a fired...
Years ago I read a magazine that had an article about a .357 hand load that had three projectiles per cartridge. The projectiles were not spherical; there was a lightweight hollow point on the front end and two thin projectiles that were short cylinders in the proportional dimensions of a...
