rounds stuck

Hello. I recently purchased a new Henry Frontier Octagon .22 LR rifle (Hoo1T). When I unload it, one or two (usually two) rounds get stuck in the magazine tube and I have to shake the rifle, muzzle up, to get them loose, or cycle them through the ejection port. Does anyone have any idea what...
