I sincerely hope so, bountyhunter....

"If they back that dufus Kerry and rip the demo ticket apart, it will be deja vu all over again with demos losing because they split a 60% majority two ways and ended up short on votes on election day."
************************************************************

Howard Dean and the Democrats are NOT friends of the Second Amendment...let the party rip itself apart, and maybe what comes back together will have more potential for our freedoms.;)

Dean is not the saviour of the Democratic party:p .

Dean and Dubya

Dubya has used the terrorist attacks to enrich himself and his administration while making a naked power grab in the process. I find it curious that, when the majority of highjackers were Saudi, they're funding was Saudi, and they received substantial moral support from the Saudis; Dubya chooses to attack Iraq. All this time, Dubya and Cheney's corporate patron, Halliburton, is receiving contract money to build detention facilities in Guantanamo, to be the sole logistics supplier for the military, and to rebuild Iraqi oil facilities. Coincidence? I think not. Dubya has been clamoring for Iraq since he took office. Don't confuse him with facts, he's already made up his mind. He begins the media barrage about Saddam having chemical, biological, and possibly "nuekyalurweapons. Don't even mention the Orwellian "Free Speech Zones" that remove legitimate protestors and violate the First Amendment.

I won't be voting for him, but i do agree that short of some momentus gaffe that makes the "Confederate flag" brouhaha look tame, Dean is going to get the bid.

As far as,

national security (Bush is the weak candidate. Dean has the strong position.)

Says the good Dr.:

the United Nations as our partner.

The United Nations is far from being our "partner". Since the Cold War ended their main purpose is to check the US. It bothers me that Bush even has to pay lip service to these clowns. Another reason not to vote for Dean.

We cannot have American troops serving under United Nations command

In response to the last one, which actually would draw support from right wing types, I don't believe he would ever use US troops for anything, regardless of what he says.

As commander in chief of the United States military, I will never hesitate to send troops anywhere in the world to defend the United States of America

HAW HAW. Never hesitate? Give me a break. He would UN/negotiate till the cows came home.
