Here's an older review on DT's 10mm Golden Saber loads:
http://bren-ten.com/agtman-delta/id6.html
It was posted before DT released their 135gn Nosler HP load. Later still, DT released all the 10mm Gold Dot HP loads.
All are popular with 10mm fans, especially on GlockTalk's 10Ring. A number of specific DT loads have been the subject of posts and reviews over there, including penetration and chrono tests. Some have posted about hunting deer, pigs and bear with DT loads. So, again, if you're interested, you might do a Search on the 10Ring.
Ron Reed's 10mm loads are also popular with 10mm fans. There have been several posts over on the 10Ring about his loads as well. Judging by his postings, Ron appears to be a dedicated fan of the 10mm cartridge. Reed's Ammo offers a wide range of 10mm loads using a variety of bullet-weights, both FMJs & HPs.
"
other suppliers of full power 10mm ammunition"
Sure.
I've tried the 200gn 10mm loads from
Texas Ammo, which use the Hornady 200gn FMJ-FP and XTP-HP. They were excellent - reliable and accurate. TA's owner, Karl Vancil, is a big 10mm fan and in the late 90s TA broke away from mainstream, neutered 10mm ammo which merely duplicates the .40S&W. TA began offering four 10mm loads whose energy and velocity levels actually exceeded (safely) the early Norma offerings but used WAY better bullets.

CorBon still offers some pretty spicy 10mm ammo, including HP loads for self-defense and two dedicated hunting loads, a 180gn SP and a 200gn "penetrator" load. For SD, Corbon tends to stay with the lighter bullets (135gns, 150gns & 165gns).

Buffalo Bore offers a Norma-style 200gn 10mm FMJ @ 1200fps/640fps, and a 180gn 10mm Gold Dot @ 1350fps/728fpe. I've tried the latter, and it was a VERY accurate load in my S&W 1006.

Power Strike Ammo is a relatively new company, but the interesting angle here is that they offer two 10mm HP loads for SD or duty use and two TMJ training loads having the same bullet-weights and velocity. Their 155gn GDHP & TMJ loads do 1475fps/749fpe, while the 180gn GDHP & TMJ loads do 1325fps/702fpe. Basically your choice is between light & super fast or heavy & fast.

Georgia Arms offers a
very accurate 155gn 10mm GDHP load @ 1375fps/651fpe. (They also offer a mid-range 180gn 10mm GD @ 1150fps/528fpe). I've shot through a couple of cases of both, and it was quality ammo.

Hope this helps.
