I have a couple of thousand 115 gr. cast, flat point, 38 special bullets. I want to keep the load as light as possible. Eliminate leading and recoil as much as possible. Anyone have any ideas as to powder and charge wt.?

The Lyman 49th says 3.3 of Bullseye for a 120 grain going 749 fps and 3.3 of Bullseye for a 90 grainer going 765 fps in the .38 SPL. What does YOUR loading manual say?

MY Speer, Hornady, M.D.Smiths, and Handload.com all show only JACKETED bullets in the lighter weights. That is why I asked the question in the first place. Thank you for your answer.
