I am looking for an action. I have a good barrel in good shape.

Be aware that you don't just slap a barrel on a Model 12 like you do an 870. It will require some "fitting up" by someone that knows what they are doing.

There are several on gunbroker (receivers), however I would urge caution. The pictures I saw looked as though the receivers had been in a fire, and if so will have lost all heat treating, temper etc., and may no longer be safe.
