Hello,
I am a new member and this is my first post---for what that's worth, I dunno :)

I am looking for load data for the 130 gr. Speer "varmint" HP and I am hoping that you boys and girls can help me out.

Here are the vitals:

Les Baer Monotlith "SWAT" AR10 rifle
18" brl
1/10 twist
common distances 100-400 yards

Powders on hand:

Varget
RL15
IMR3031
IMR4064
IMR4898
H335
Win 748
H322
TAC
IMR4230
A2200
R10x
RL15
RL7

Primers:
Remington 9 1/2
Fed Match

Who among you has a bright idea or two that you are willing to share? :)
Thanks!

Irving

Of the powders you have my favorite for loading the .308 is IMR4064. RL-15 will also work well.

Welcome to the forum. If you don't own a load manual I highly suggest you buy one and read the front to the book and not just use the load data. There is a wealth of information in those books that will serve you well. As a matter of fact, buy more than one.

The current Lyman manual is #49 and it's a very good manual. That is a good place to start.
