147gr - lube groove or not?

Most of the coated bullet makers make a lube groove bullet like the MBC. I've shot about 20k of them. I'm very happy with them. If you have a gun with a short chamber, like a CZ, the Acme doesn't need to be seated as deep. This gives you more options for brass head stamps you can use for 147s.
 
The only benefit I would assume for a lube groove is that the bullet could be used with a traditional lube instead of coating.
I recently obtained an Accurate 147g mold without the grooves. I'm coating with Hi-Tek and it works great, no groove really needed.
