Can anyone recommend a rear tang and front globe sight for the 1885 High wall? I have a new Cimarron that I'd like to upgrade the sights on.

Thanks in advance.

Shoot straight, Shoot once.

Vernier tang target sight? SERIOUS vernier tang target sight?
I am crippling along with a Lee Shaver Soule Conversion on an Eyetalian staff, and will be wanting something better by next year.

At the BPCR Silhouette shoots I have been to over the past year and a half, I have seen mostly Baldwin, Kelley, and MVA.
I have seen good reports on Shaver's own complete new sight, Hoke, and Heilman. The Parts Unknown are said to be ok, too, and the sights Browning used on their BPCR models are available separately.

See some of these at

and

There are others but the above are pretty much the industry standard.

P.S.

After Sunday's match, I know I need better sights SOON. Light was poor and a Hadley or other adjustable aperture eyepiece was needed, and I was not getting POI changes to match the adjustments I was making.

I will most likely buy a set of Baldwin Midrange rear and globe front with spirit level. It may take me a while to get used to the left hand threads - like Highpower sights - but the quality is unbeatable.

The old Shaver Conversion and Lyman will be for sale when I get their replacements. OK for Cowboy "long range" or beginning BPCR but as my coach said "You are shooting well enough now that better sights will help your scores."
