1911 Ejectors

The ejector on my Sig Sauer 1911 is loose at the rear of the ejector, problem or let it go for a while. Any ideas on what would loosen the rear post on the ejector, I may have about 1500 rounds through it?

Yes.
The rear pins broke off the ejector.

Replace it before the other one breaks.

The rear pin looks intact. Planning on having Sig handle it.
