1911 Feed Ramp Angle on Ramped Barrel

Hi

I have been interested in learning everything I can about 1911's and reliability lately. One question I have is should the feed ramp angle on a ramped 1911 barrel be set the same as a non-ramped barrel? Are the pro's and cons nil for having either?
