1911 Scope Mount Problems.

Hello fellow gun enthusiasts. I recently purchased a 1911 (Rock Island Armory) full size, and I'd like to purchase a scope base for it. The few websites I've tried dont have pics of what the bases look like on the guns. Just of the bases themselvs. Any suggestions? I'd love to see some tricked out IPSC guns race guns w/e.

Also any suggestions for a good sight for it?

if it's in the wrong section the mods will move it. (they are nice people) I was contemplating a grip/scope mount for my 10mm. I use it for hunting though and I couldn't find a holster that I liked to fit it and that changed my mind.
