You keep showin' those two and I keep shortin' out my keyboard droolin' over them.
I agree.... that adjustable sighted, pinto, snubbie, Colt, makes me start looking at some of my revolvers very differently.
Amazing the work a good smith a pull out. Very nice C&L.
Cocked & Locked - that one with the lanyard loop is pretty.
At a couple of gun shows in the last four months, I found three or four Brazilian contract models, but all of them looked like they'd been rode hard and put away wet and beat up.I'd love to find a Brazilian contract, or any other 1917 Smith in good shape, for a price that doesn't make me feel like I just got violated in the prison showers.
Cocked & Locked.... are those grips a new addition to the New Service. I seem to remember it having different grips before. Those look fantastic! Who did them and what are they made of?
Vern, Lets hope this doesn't go any further then it has already!!in the hands and feet department, I was not short-changed.
Looking at both of mine sitting here and regardless of the fact that I like to shoot the Colt more, I have to give the nod to the Smith.
