Are there any importers or distributors who still have 1927 Sistemas available?

I'd expect it is a case of surveying the private used market on a broad basis. They are out there - in fact I was lucky to find one here, from 45Badger. A very nice piece to have. Watch and wait and one will probably appear somewhere.
