Sorry to hear that you're selling it. I wouldn't get too carried away cleaning it to look like new. Many times that can hurt more than help. Pics are rather dark, hard to see some of the details most collectors want to see. On the plus side is the checkering, if that's factory.....it's an option few 52's had. Unfortunately the receiver has been drilled for sights and will hurt the value. The other thing to watch on these early 52's is a cracked receiver lug which can render the gun worthless as a collectible. Are there any special markings on the barrel like "Nickle Steel" or "Stainless Steel"?
