I know what MadOgre is saying about this pistol and I believe and trust George. Anybody else care to chime in?
Well, when you were referring to someone called George and someone else called MadOgre, what else were we meant to assume? Sorry, I'm not psychic.LittleLebowski said:(quoting the title again) Does anyone have firsthand experience with the Wilson Combat ADP? First experience in my book would mean shooting it, handling it. Clear enough? I wasn't referring to any thread and don't believe I mentioned a thread.
Alex Du Plessis - South Africa. I handled one over there when it first came out, but didn't get to shoot it, unfortunately.D-Man said:I have seen people talk about this handgun, but in the pre-ADP version made by whoever it was copied from.
Heritage was just importing them, not building them. Wilson is importing them and reworking them... a greatly improved pistol after the reworking. The original guns are not nearly as smooth... not as reliable either.Heritage Arms in Florida has been making something similair for years.
The ADP might prove to be the GAP of pistols in this country.
Kimber's KDP looks more promising.
