I like it! I think you set up a nice combo with those parts and should serve you well.

How does she shoot?

Nice smoke pole! On the buttstocks, if you want to stick with a fixed polymer stock I'd look into the K-Var stocks which can be had in warsaw length (for little folks) or nato (for Americans). They are much stronger, truer to the real ones, and have a storage area in the buttplate if you want to store doodads in there.

Did you say snow? I just camo'ed my converted 7.62 in duracoat. Made my own templates. Going to whack Coyotes in Northern Michigan.

I just love it when someone points out you should discard a piece of equipment and go with X without providing any clue as to why they'd make that recommendation

You uh, aren't very familiar with the Saiga platform are you?

Just asking, because everyone else jumps at the opportunity to buy improved FBMG design mags for the .308. The surefire was just what got bought when FBMG went under.

I just posted the Saiga equivalent of saying, "Lose the Tapco mag and get some Pmags"

I prefer the Surefires. The Uintas were a bit sloppy in the rear lock-up for both of my Saigas. I sent them back.
