2.75"/3" barreled .357 magnums

im looking for a good 3" ish barrel .357 by smith&wesson or ruger i want either an old 19 2.75" or a M&P 13 3",and in the ruger range i am looking at a 3" gp100 or a 2.75" speed six im hoping to eventualy have one of these for $400ish ,also im looking at blue finish ,dont like stainless,opinions?,prices?,all help will eb appreciated!

I have a 4" Model 13 Heavy Barrel. Love the gun, I'm sure the 3" version is fantastic.

Forget a 3" 19 for anything affordable. Maybe a 2.5", see them around now and then for 400-500 at gun shows.

I prefer a full length ejector rod, so what ever that takes its worth it to me.
I've been very happy with this;

A Ruger Security Six w/a 2.75" barrel, I picked it up in very good condition for $310.

I picked up my 2.75" SS Security Six for $275 last winter at a local gun show. There is a blue 2.75" speed six at a local gun store for ~$350 IIRC. here is their website http://www.buffaloguncenter.com/
