20" AR-15 bull barrel?

Can someone tell me some good manufacturers of these? It can't be threaded since I live in New Jersey. I'm looking to spend around 300 dollars but feel free to recommend something more than that as I have a preference for quality.
 
Get a White Oaks Armament Post Ban A4 upper. That is about the best 20" Match grade upper I could recommend. If you wanted they will put a Pacnor or another barrel on it for you if you wish.
They come with a Wilson I think, but you really will be pleased. They make service uppers for CMP/NRA High Power competition. They also make 24" Varmint uppers, but now that they offer an A4 version of there 20" service rifle with free float tube for $635.00 IMO you can't get a better rifle for the money. Do yourself a favor, and take the time to research WOA, and look at there site.

My bad if you just meant a barrel, and not a complete upper.
