20" Build, parts available? Where to look?

Looking to do a 20" build with a barrel as light or lighter than gov. profile, it would be cool if it was stainless, and fluted or otherwise light. Where would you look for the barrel and headspaced bolt? This will be 223/556. Doing this for me padre, US Army Veteran.

Adco can make a barrel for you. Parts kits are available from many locations. You might be able to find a HB 20" kit and have the barrel modified to your configuration.
