Well...I'm not ashamed to admit it...I don't know what you're asking about. Sooo I'm hoping there will be some responses here so I can find out what this is about.

I'll be back.

I don't have any experience with the .20PPC (or .20BR), but I do have some experience with the .22 and 6mmPPC.
These have an "odd" size case head... Same as Russian 7.62x39 which is around 0.440", or about like a .38spl. The .223/5.56nato has a 0.378" case head, and the .20BR has a 0.473" case head, same as .243, .30/06, ect...

If you're putting it in an AR platform, then the 7.62x39 case head isn't an issue. However, if using a commercial action (ie: Remington M7 or M700), it's a problem. You'll have to start with a small case head sized bolt and have it machined to larger case head of .20PPC. Most also go with the Sako style extractor.

Another alternative is to use a CZ sporter (527) in 7.62 as the beginning. Also, Sako makes an action with proper sized bolt face. There are also others, such as custom/bench-rest actions.
Or, just go with the .20BR. My suggestion....
The two cartridges are quite close in capacity. Both will have to be formed from parent cases. It might be easier to find Norma brass for the PPC as it is factory loaded and available in components. (or was when I was tinkering with a friends .22 and 6mmPPC's back in the late '90's.)
