Finally, it's here again. For those of you that don't know what Kosho is head to:

This is indeed Kempo. Actually, this is the mother of all Kempo This is thanks to James Mitose. Do a google on him, the history is very interesting.

Yes, I had to come back early. The first night of the seminar and the banquet was AMAZING! But, I got sick and I can't talk because my throat hurts so much.
