I got my letter today as well !!!!!!! Shooting on Friday/ Saturday, squad 15. I have been nervous since I filled out the application !!!!!!!!!

Very interesting!!!! You wouldn't happen to be one of the guys from TCSL are you?? I know four other guys shooting in squad 15 as well.

I am shooting ESP SS.

Hmmmmmmmm? ESP SS, huh? If you shot your classifier at TCSL I think I know who you are. I probably SO'ed you. Here's the clincher: Do you shoot 9mm 147 Precision Delta's? If "yes", we probably know each other. I think we should continue this cryptic charade though. :rolleyes: I cannot let my true identity out.

Hmmmm...Very interesting.... I think we both shoot a black gun too, that should really narrow down the possibilities !!

Yeah, I shoot 147 PD's. I get them from some guy named Greg or is it Chad ? Ah hell, I dont remember, but I think he is missing a trigger finger!! Rumor has it that he lost it doing a tac reload trying to emulate some guy named Bob. :D

Did you shoot the USPSA match in Brighton today? Do they even let you shoot a CZ in USPSA if you are "wrong handed"? :p

Will you be coming out to TCSL on Tuesday? That other guy that helps out is going to Front Sight...again (geez, Mr $$$$$ pants), so he won't be there.

"Woo-Hoo! My check has cashed..."

Sorry no Woo-Hoo's from Shooter's around this area!

'DPA should have waved their arbitrary "Two Sanctioned Matches by June 7th {?}" due to it being a secret to most that, for the 1st time in 'DPA History the Nat's would be in the NE! Most around here shoot the annual "500 Hundred Dollar Match" or as it's know otherwise the S&W Winter Nationals, then wind up with only one measly "Sanctioned" Match per year. {within a "two day drive"} Had any known in time, might have been able to fly to one of the "Sunshine" states just to get that 2nd "Sanction" to %*^$$& "Qualify" to send in the paperwork! Really has P.O.'d a lot of people....
'DPA HQ should have had the common sense to waive the "2-Match" restriction which is meaningless and unfair to those in states that have a total of 7 affiliated "Clubs", etc.
Only FWIW, have not renewed membership dues as have some others and may not bother based on the feedback have received from the "Girls" in "B-Ville", {So far}

I shot the Brighton USPSA match today. Yes, they allow the "wrong handed" "Czechnology" shooters in that game as well. :neener: No, I wont be at TCSL on Tuesday.

Luke, it was known at the end of last year that the nat.s was going to be in PA. this year. You say you live in the North East, then you missed a lot of sanctoned matches with in a few hours drive. CT state PA state, NJ state, Frozen Penguin in PA. plus SW
BTW, I'm in!

"Luke, it was known at the end of last year that the nat.s was going to be in PA. this year. You say you live in the North East, then you missed a lot of sanctioned matches with in a few hours drive. CT state....."

Don't doubt your word on it being well known but no one in my area KNEW. Did know that Ted is in PA & would be the new MD but don't recall it ever being mentioned in the TJ that the Match would even be in PEEYEA?

FWIW, don't live in NE, it's NY, CT is a 5 hr drive as is S&W Match, Friend did PA State which took 11 hrs RT.

Anyway, have fun & shoot well!

p.s. Ted drove up here a few yrs. ago to give CSO Course and said he'd never do it again due in part to NYS Handgun Laws, etc. {HE was generous enough to make the long drive when all the MA, CT, VT Inst. said flatly, "No"}
