Haven't seen this posted so here it is: Dave Sevigney won the 1st L&L invitational.
Yes he used a Glock. As a matter of fact he used a Glock 34 that only had the springs and sights changed. As far as I could tell it was the most stock weapon used by anyone in the competition. I am amazed at this guy every single time I read about him.

    Results:
    1. Dave Sevigny – GLOCK – 73.75
    2. Todd Jarrett – Para Ordnance – 87.17
    3. Rob Leatham – Springfield – 87.78
    4. Jerry Miculek – Smith & Wesson -92.62
    5. Bob Vogel – GLOCK – 94.27
    6. Doug Koenig – Smith & Wesson – 95.79
    7. Max Michel – CZ – 96.46
    8. KC Eusebio – CZ – 110.79
    9. Phil Strader – Smith & Wesson – 113.24

And before you start Glock bashing, yes I am a Gock owner. But I also own FN/M&P/CZ/Beretta/1911's/Ruger/Taurus.
It just impressed me that he used a near stock weapon to win this competition by over 12 seconds.

Absolutely agreed. It just amazes me what this guy can do with $900 worth of gun and light/laser combination. Some of the other guys were shooting what had to be 5k customs.

I'm not surprised. He's very talented and must work very hard to hone his craft.

I own three Glocks and have owned many other makes throughout the years. They are neither the junk the Glock bashers say nor the wonder weapons the fanboys get giddy over. They are, IMO, *very* competent combat pistols with way more positive attributes than negatives.
