2008 shot show...Canadian dealer question

I have a Canadian federal firearms business license. If I go to Vegas, can I attend the shot show.?

I know there is a fee etc, but can I just show up and pay the fee (proving I am a Canadian dealer) and go see the show?

I'm 99.9% sure you're good to go. It'l cost you $50 at this point, but you can register online simply by stating a business license number (any business related to shooting, hunting or outdoor trade--does not have to be FFL). http://wwwshotshow.org

It is my understanding that walk-up admittance is available. Thaat is how a friend of mine got in in 2006. His son had a paintball business and he had the tax number for it. He and his wife were at LV for an art seminar and he happened to stumble upon the SHOT show being held the week after. Gave his credentials at the booth and got in.

Not sure if this has changed any so you might want to call up first.

Yeah you should be able to get in. They have dealers from around the world. Last year I met people from Italy, France, Japan, etc.

Wear your walking shoes! It's huge. I'll be there all four days, and I have no hope of seeing even 25% of the show.
