22 Caliber 62 Grain Swift Scirocco

I have a Savage Lightweight Hunter 223 on the way. It will be my post shoulder replacement deer rifle. Or at least that's the excuse I used to add it to the safe. I want to experiment with a few different bullets, the Scirocco being one of them. Have any of you used the 62 grain Scirocco on paper or game and if so, what were your results?

I like 62 gr for my AR but my AR doesn't like all of them. The bullet you mentioned is one I have not tried. My AR is a 1:9 twist and if the bullet is on the longer side of the 62 gr group it doesn't do as well. I don't know your barrel twist rate so maybe you can try several different bullets to find that holy grail...the one your gun shoots best! I hope you reload.
