Marvel makes several versions for the 1911. They have the advantage over the Kimber in that you can use .22 std velocity ammo rather than plated high velocity.
I have a Colt .22 conversion with the floating chamber but it requires plated bullets as well and if you can find one, they get a little pricey.
I just got the Ciener platinum cup. 15 round mags. Pretty reliable and very accurate. Have had some guys at the club shoot it and they are sending in their orders.
