22 single shot bolt action

hi i have a 22 single shot bolt action bought it many years ago and has came back to me it is made in USSR has the T inside a circle and triangle around both
the rifle had a scope put on it and the rear sight was lost .im looking to replace it any info on this would greatly be appreciated you can email me thanks

I believe that a T inside a triangle inside a circle is the mark of Tikka, which is actually in Finland. They have a lot to do with Russia, though. Pictures would definitely help.

Sounds like a Russian made TOZ trainer rifle.
