Here is my personal experience with AAC customer service:

About a year ago our shop got in a bunch of AAC barrels, but one was missing the gas block. I tried to get ahold of them for several weeks, but I couldn't get in contact with anyone who could help me. After finally getting ahold of someone, they promised me a gas block. They said they'd send it out in a week or so. After a month, I contacted that person via email. It turned out that guy didn't work there anymore, so I was routed to another guy who said he'd send us a gas block. He never did. I eventually decided I was spending way too much time trying to get a relatively cheap part, and just gave up.

A few months ago I sent a customer's Ti-Rant 9 in to AAC for warranty refinishing work. Getting ahold of them was a pain, but I got through eventually. The website I had to use to register my shipping label was Remington's, and it didn't work properly the first few times I used it, so I had to call them back again. Then it took them several months to refinish it. But at least they did it right and didn't charge anything, so there's that.

Thanks for the feedback. I ended up ordering the Warlock 2 from SilencerCo. We'll see how it goes. :D
