I am using H335 and CCI small rifle primers behind 55grain FMJ bullets for my AR15. I want to ensure that my loads are good and that the rifle cycles and functions properly. My load data recommends between 23 and 25.3 grains of powder. Does anyone use H335? If so, what powder weight should I use to ensure that I get safe and reliable function with my AR? Does it matter whether I am closer to 23grains or 25.3grains? Thanks.

Either end of that data will cycle most any AR. H335 is a very good powder for the app, among others.

I use an even 25.0 with the 55g bullet of the day and a cci #41 primer. I leave that other .3 grs as a buffer for case or thrown charge variations.

Shoots great!
