.223 FPD by the case?

Anybody know of a good source for .223 FPD and FPD shotshells? I'm looking to buy by the case.

I use Mirage Technologies for my handgun ammo, and buy by the case, but was hoping to find something similar (great prices, great product, great service) for rifle ammo. I figure I might as well at least get a couple thousand rounds to store at home since I've amassed a few .223/5.56 rifles now and only have a small amount of Remington UMC at any given time for them.
 
Oh yeah, also while we're on it - a source for American Eagle (Federal/ATK) by the case would be great too as I prefer it for range ammo in both my rifles and pistols.
 
note (sorry for the triple post, but it will make more sense than to tack this on to a previous post):

I previously posted about 5.56 TAP in bulk a few months ago. I ultimately found that you guys were right. You can't buy it as a civilian without jumping through a million hoops including asking the police to buy ammo for you (which I'm pretty sure is a good way to get on a suspected terrorist list around my parts :( ).
 
The last 2 times I bought I used Northwest Loading Supply.

The stuff is expensive but they always seemed to have it in stock.
