.223 Remington SAAMI specs

I see on the SAAMI website that the specs for .223 Remington case length is 1.760 -.30 Does anyone really load cases as short as 1.730? Just curious. I normally don't use anything below 1.745 or longer then 1.760. I trim the long ones to 1.750. I would think you might start having neck tension issues at 1.730.

SAAMI lists the limits of what a cartridge can be safely used at, not a recommendation of what to use. 1.750" is the trim length but SAAMI is telling you the case is still safe until you go below 1.730".
