.223 too short??

I was looking thru some .223 brass and checking length. The max length is 1.760" and trim to 1.750" I have found several 1.738-1.750. should I be concerned over these being short by up to .0012" or just load them up and shoot them. These are for plinking and some varmint hunting. Thanks Mac
 
It won't hurt anything as long as you aren't trying to crimp them.

If you seat to the normal OAL for the data you are using they will have the same case capacity as ones that are the right length.

Thanks RC, I figured it was okay, but always like to ask before loading a bunch up. I think I had the same problem you had with electile dysfunction. LOL!!
 
Trim length on brass being loaded for use in an .223 RCBS X-Die is 1.740".
Don't see how yours would cause you any problems.
