I certainly don't advocate the use of .22 in any form as a primary defense weapon.
My problem is that often times I just don't want to mess with packing my .45. I mean, sometimes I am wearing light summer clothing and running to the grocery store. Or a quick run to the gas station.
The nice thing about the little revolvers is I put it in my pocket like my billfold and it is always there.
Yeah, if I had my .45 I would use it. And most of the time I do (75%). But 25% of the time, it is not on me. I always have my .22 WMR Mini Master right in my pocket (100%). And I do believe that 5 shots of CCI .22 WMR ammo to the head and neck do have a strong possibility of at least slowing down the perp. Allowing me to make a quick exit. Keep in mind the threat of getting shot alone is usually enough to make the perp run.
