.22LR revolver choice: Ruger SP101 vs Taurus Model 94.

It appears to me that Taurus revolvers are sometimes good and sometimes not so good. I have a Taurus 94 of more recent vintage. Extremely heavy DA trigger pull; much heavier than a S&W Model 60 I rented at a range. Cylinder occasionally binds. I have not sent it back to Taurus for repair. It is a neat little revolver but, on the whole, I am disappointed.

It has been reported previously on this forum that a lighter trigger return spring can be used in the Taurus 94 to help reduce the DA pull. Others have reported that shooting a 1,000 or so rounds smooths out the trigger.
