22TCM/9x19 RIA Pistol

I played with one at a local gunshow.When I racked the slide I couldn't feel it unlocking.Is this normal?

I have a TCM and have no idea what "unlocking" you're missing out on. The TCM recoil spring is surprisingly light, is that what you're noticing?

Yeah, it seemed too light when I racked it.Any ammo around?Price?I figure when I get it,I'll be shooting 9x19 for a while.

2 LGS's had ammo a year ago. I've yet to actually see a gun.
