In my Tikka .243 I have had better than awesome success using 50 grains of VihtaVouhri N560 and an *& Vma seated hard into the lands with a Federal benchrest primer (3400 fps chronographed load) and 44.5 gr. IMR 4895 and a 55 sierra Blitzking.
I don't know if the Tikka will stabilize the 95 gr. SST or not, I can tell you based on a lot of testing that it will not handle a 95 gr. Berger VLD bullet.

With 95gr bullets..(Nosler Partitions) My chronograph "says" Hodgdon Hybrid 100V gets significantly more velocity than any other I've tried.
Very good accuracy as well.
22"bbl Rem Model 7 "Predator"

I've been using IMR-4064 and Reloder 15 to good effect with lighter bullets and just picked up some Reloder 17 to try with some 87gr Hornady BTHP's.

Nosler 105 Custom Competition won't stabilize in my R700 Varmint with a 1:9 1/8" twist, btw.

I load a 58gr V-max and 60gr ser BTHP for my 10yr son and use RL-7 and he shoots clover leafs at 60yds. Good for Coyotes and deer in OK.

I have a Tikka T3 .243 for my grandson. I loaded up some 85 gr Sierra HPBT Gamekings behind 44 grs of Hybrid 100V, seated 0.020 off lands and grooves. Three shot group at 100 yards was a triangle no bigger than 1/2" center to center. I'll be loading up more of these.:)

Edit: Muzzle velocity averaged 3250fps

I have to agree with with Paperpuncher49 I always used the 4350s or the 4831s until I tried Varget 38.0 grs with a Barnes 85 gr. TSX = death!

I have shot my best groups with 4831. This is the powder I use currently. However, 4350 is a great one also.
