my selected rifle has a 24" barrel with twist of 1:10"; I want to put together the following load: 75 gr Hornady V-Max over the proper amnount of IMR 4350 to achieve @3400-3500 fps;

what kind of accuracy can I expect from such a light bullet out of such a rifle?

This isn't what you are going to want to hear, but you will just have to try it for yourself and see. It could be anywhere from spectacular to minute of barn...

Every rifle is a rule unto itself, as you're probably already aware.

That said, I think you have every reason to be hopeful in your testing. An accuracy node may be where you stated, but only testing will tell. You're on the light end of .25-06 bullets with that twist, but it should do.

I will say, however, that I have a .270 Win with a 1-10" that loves H4350 for a fast light bullet load. It likes the Sierra 90gr Varminter BTHP, and they're in the 3400+ range. That's as close as my experience brings me. No .25-06 here, and my 6.5-06 is only fed longer-for-caliber bullets.

As pointed out already, accuracy from any gun has to be tweeked and tested for each gun, bullet,powder batch, primers and case. I've been shooting a Win Mdl 70 in 25-06 since 1972 my most accurate bullet has been the 87 gr Sierra BT. I have the velocity + accuracy. Couldn't tell you how many coyotes and deer this gun has taken. I'm not sure what the rifling twist is in my rifle but it doesn't like the 75 gr and just barely the 120 gr'ers.

Mine is more accurate with 87-grainers, so I gave up on the 75s. You need to try a few & see what your rifle likes.
