I just got a model 99 250 savage , and was wondering about reloadiing for it. Will I have to find a set of used dies or are they still made? Looks like an awsom little gun can't wait to go shoot it, when I can find some ammo.

Congratulations on your 99. The 250 Savage is very much alive and new dies should be readily available. If you load sensibly and avoid over-maximum loads, it will be a joy to shoot and should last your lifetime.
I had one myself, once upon a time.
Loaded ammo may be a problem at the major suppliers.
