He also talked about incorporation of 2d amendment protection into the 14th amendment and thus appilcable to the states. He said that many anti-'s like to cite a number of cases supporting the conclusion that the 2d Amendment is not incorporated. He said that all of those cases are from over a century ago, at a time when the Federal courts said that none of the Bill of Rights applied to the States. At that time, teh 1st, 4th, and 5th also were not incorporated. Thus, today, claiming those cases as proving teh 2d does not apply is not logical.

It's kinda funny they haven't learned their lesson yet. Those 100 year old cases were the same arguments that led them to defeat over Heller in the first place.
I guess when you're totally wrong you have to use any argument you can find laying around, no matter how bad it is.
