Gents, looking for your thoughts and opinions.

I'm in the market for a new upper and unfortunately cost is big factor. I'm looking for sub MOA accuracy the lighter the better, though weight is not the overriding factor. I'll be running it with a 2.5x10 scope and an offset RDO, and all going on an existing lower with a Jewell trigger (which I like a great deal). Targets will routinely be out to 300 yards, and I have opportunities to make it out to 600 occasionally, because of that I think I need at least an 18" barrel. I will also be handloading for it.

Right now my top two choices are the new Stag 3G and a RRA 20" Predator Pursuit. Also considering a WOA build using the 20" SDM barrel on an otherwise normal WOA varmint upper.

I'm leaning heavily towards the 3G because I like the rail vs. a tube and it comes with a brake and I think it will come in slightly lighter than the other two. I think the cost between the three will be similar and I believe performance will be similar as well - I don't think I can wrong with any of these three.

However, I'm sure there are considerations I'm forgetting, so your input is appreciated.

Have you looked at Bravo Company USA's upper selection? Buy a BCM upper and a Palmetto State Armory Premium BCG (mil-spec for $100 each, best deal out there right now). You a righty? If so, add a BCM Gunfighter Mod 4 charging handle to your order from Bravo Company USA.

My M4 format upper is a DD barrel on a BCM upper. I like it but I want to go a different route, plus I don't recall the last time I saw an item in stock at Bravo...
