Some of you may have seen the results I was able to achieve at 100 and 200 yards using Superformance powder out of my Tikka T3x 30-06 with 165-grain Hornady SST's.

Once I found the level of accuracy I had hoped for with the SST's, the next step was to then try the 165-grain Interbonds, and see if they do in fact shoot the same as the SST's. I plan to use the 165 Interbonds for an elk hunt later this year.

Here are 6 shots at 300 yards. Two were from last week (center and Left) with the SST's and four from today with the interbonds. The box is 2" square. FWIW, another shooter shot the round on the Left. The five on the Right were all shot by me.

I'd say that's close enough for me. It's great when a plan comes together.

I run 150 & 165 gr SSTs in several 30-06s for my family. I have a progress press and using 4350 has mixed results in that style press with extruded powder. I purchased a pound of Big Game & Superformance to test with the SSTs in a 30-06 load. Would you be willing to share you load data for the Superformance? My apologies if you posted it and simply missed it. Thanks in advance.

NICE! Your a better shot than I.

I use Superformance quite a bit, its one of my favorite slow powders for getting the most out of medium capacity cases. Meters pretty bloody well too.

I find IMR 4350 a little stout for me. I use Varget and IMR 4064 loaded off max buy a little bit. Accuracy is very good. Better than IMR 4350. I'm now experimenting with RL15.
