In my exeperience, RL15 isn't too slow. With the "old" recommended max of 36.1gr of RL15, my 20"bbl's (Marlin and Win M94) both give over 2,400fps m/v. (150gr, specifically the Remington CorLokt). H4895 comes close and in some guns gives better accuracy (both are excellent however). Current published max is in the 34.0gr range, and still gives excellent accuracy. But, the higher load is still within allowable working pressure range for strong modern actions. Alliant had to reduce the load when they went to psi from cup... and stay within SAAMI specs. (to protect 100+yr old guns/actions).
A friend has a Trapper and he uses H322 and a 125gr Sierra. It chrono's over 2,350fps. However, he's still using some early lot#'s and later lot#'s are somewhat faster burning and require lower charges and lower velocities....
Actually, I've used all of the powders you've listed in the .30/30 (and many you didn't) and have found good loads with all of them....
Some will be a "little" faster or more accurate. However, I mostly use cast loads and load for 2,100-2,200fps now. Any of the powders you list will work for that..... But I buy RL15 in bulk and it's the best in my experience, but H4895 was my previous favorite for over 20yrs...When I used up all of my early H322, I replaced it with H4895 which I still use in the .35Rem and .358win. RL15 isn't nearly as good in the .35's.
Except in the the .338ME, I've not really taken a liking to LVR....
