I have in my possession a 30 Newton. I know it's nearly 100 years old. It's all original and in excellent condition except for a tiny bit of rust on the rear sight which you can see in the picture. Otherwise, the bluing is excellent. I also have 40 brass for it.

Does anyone have any idea what this rifle might be worth?

It appears you have a First Type Standard, according to Fjestads Blue Book. The listed values are-
100%=$3,500
98%= $2,800
95%= $2,500
90%= $1,800

Am I reading it wrong or does that paper say it has a different barrel and stock? Won't that significantly affect the value?

^^^ You're reading it wrong. That letter was Elwood Epps completing the order for 40 brass casings for 30 newton and offering to sell his 30 newton which was those features. It is a different rifle.

Notice my rifle doesn't have a monte carlo comb, his initials, or the diamond inlays discussed in the letter ;)
