Hello, I'm just about to start up on reloading, what should I spend my $300 Cabela STIMULIOUS card on?

I'm looking at reloading .223 for my rifle, but I dont know what to buy at Cabela's or the Gun Shows.

I have the loading equipment but no: Lead, Brass, or Powder. I only have Primer and Reloading tools =P

So what should I buy at Cabela with my $300 Cabela STIMULIOUS gift card, while spending cold cash at the shows for BULK ingredients?

-And-

I'm for the best bang for the buck ingredients too??? =P When I buy, I'm going all out with shopping. Any suggestion on types of Powder or brass?

Probably a waist of time in the current market, but have them look in the back for an SKS. My Cabelas does not put them out. I picked up a clean yugo 59 for less than $200.00, but that was probably 2.5 years ago.

If you have primers, you're doing better than me. That's what I can't find anywhere. The next difficult part of the equation is the powder. Bullets are out there as long as yo look in the right places.

Brass is also difficult, but should be possible. I'd try to find once fired at a local gunshow, that'd probably be your best bet for the brass. Many online places sre out of brass.

We have a Cabelas here in my hometown. I like the company and the store, but find their prices on reloading components a little high. I shop there to support the local economy and have stuff the day I buy it. I just bought some more powder and primers there today.

I C I C, Yes, the market isn't a good time to buy, but looks whats happening, I can't afford to buy premade rounds but make my own now.... >_<

Why do you ask if I work for Boeing?
