Any of those powders with do fine. I'm sure that the Nosler Manual has loads. However, I doubt that you will get 3200 fps. If you are loading for accuracy, you'll probably get in the 2900-3000 fps range.
Asking for loads here is a "loaded" question. It all depends. A friend and I have identical 300 RUM Senderos. He cannot load a round that I build for my gun and vice versa. He can load to the lands and the round will fit the magazine. I cannot. I am 160 thousands off of the lands and right at SAMMI specs to fit the magazine.
For that bullet I load 86 grns of H4831SC at SAMMI COAL 3.60, which yields 3000 fps and 3/4" groups at 200 yds. I also load a 180 grn Accubond with 99.8 grns of Retumbo which yields 3300 fps and the same groupings. I have tried IMR 7828 with acceptable results, but I knew that the tempatures would be dramatically different on my hunt than where I developed the load. I did try H1000 and did not get the accuracy I wanted. 3/4" at 200 yds is just barely acceptable to me. I usually get a 1/2" or better, particularly with the Sendero. I really like the Accubond and settled on 3/4".
The 200 grn Accubond dumped my elk where it stood at 200 yds. The bullet hit just in front of the diaphram and lodged just under the skin after going through the right shoulder. The only issue I had was that if you are going to push a bullet past 3000 fps, you need a premium bullet like a partition or Barnes so that it stays together.
