300 WM w/ RL-17

Well finally I was able to pick up both magnum and regular rifle primers but I could only get Reloader 17. Luckily they had the latest Hornady reloading manual and I checked for the 300 WM and 180 grain SST and the 220 grain SP for which it had RL17 load data. It wasn't until I got home that I discovered that my Hornady manual was older and didn't have RL-17 in it. Nor could I locate any info with internet searches that included the load range in the Hornady manual. If someone could help me out that would be great. Thanks!

Go to Alliant's website. They have load data for 300 win Mag and Reloader 17.

I did previously. The Alliant website does not list Hornady bullets, RL-17 for 220 grain bullets nor the velocity range the latest Hornady manual does. That was why I was specific with that reference in my original post.

300 Winchester Magnum from Hornady number 9 ....

220 gr interlock Rn ... Reloder 17 .... 54.4 grains (2300 fps) start load to 64.9 grs (2700 fps) max load

180 gr bullets RL 17... 58.3 grs (2500fps) to 68.4 grs max (3000 fps)
