300WSM and the Dillon AT500

Anyone using the AT 500 to reload the 300WSM?? If so did you need to buy one of Dillons Caliber Conversion kits or did you have everything you needed as it came with the AT to start with??
THANKS in advance as this is a new caliber for me and Dillon so far, by e-mail, hasn't been real helpful!

Calling Dillon is definitely the way to go. The people that answer the phone are very nice and exceptionally knowledgeable on everything in their catalog.

It's actually quite refreshing these days.

Dillon discontinued the AT500 from the looks of the newest Blue Press?

I've heard that it is still available, if you call and ask for it, but it is no longer on their website or in their catalog. I thought it was a great idea, especially if you deprime/tumble/reprime off the press, since adding the case eject and powder measure gets you the 550 features you need at less cost. Doubly so if you want to use a non-dillon PM/linkage (like Hornady's new PM/linkage with case mouth expander).

OTOH, you could also buy the Hornady LNL AP for less money (than a 550) with their PM already on it...
